Clubs, Academies and Coaches

Growth and development for your club, academy or professional career.
An ecosystem built on its own merit — with new challenges ahead.
THE MOMENT

What Paraguayan padel has built in just a few years is remarkable. Over 500,000 players, more than 2,000 courts, near-total digitalization and a penetration level that countries with decades of history have yet to reach.

That growth brings a new phase. Asunción already has 875 residents per court — one of the highest densities in the world. Competition between clubs is shifting from quantity to quality, from opening to consolidation.

Spain, the world's largest padel market, has already traveled this same path. The phases ahead — management professionalization, experience differentiation, player retention — are well documented. They don't need to be invented. They need to be adapted.

Our approach is straightforward: to make that accumulated experience available to Paraguayan clubs and academies, so that every project can move forward with more information and less trial and error.

  • Club development and optimization Business model, operational management, pricing and yield management.

  • Academy training and development Coaching programs, school structure and youth development.

  • Specialized marketing and communications Positioning, content, social media and brand strategy.

  • Player acquisition and retention Strategies to improve occupancy and turn casual players into repeat clients.

  • Sponsorships, activations and events Connection with national and international brands, visibility and returns.

  • Digitalization and technology tools Integration with management platforms, automation and operational efficiency.

In what areas can we contribute?

Shared experience, joint effort.

Teko Padel is the local platform of World of Padel, an independent consultancy with over 15 years in the padel industry.

I'm Fernando Blanca, Spanish, an economist, and I've spent over 12 years in international business development in padel. I came to Paraguay because what I saw here struck me as extraordinary: a market that built in a few years what took others decades.

I bring with me the experience of the Spanish market — the largest and most established in the world — where I have seen firsthand what works, what doesn't, and why. That experience is not a lesson. It is a resource. It is available to anyone who wants to make use of it.

Today I live in Asunción. I play on its courts. And I work with those who want to build something together.
